what should i do if my macbook cannot upgrade to ventura

My macbook cannot upgrade to ventura. What should i do?

MacBook Air 13″, OS X 10.10

if it still does what you need from it, you can keep using it. and as long as the current macOS installed on it is still supported, then IMHO, replacement isn't really needed yet. but that is up to you to decide.
