Not receiving emails after I deleted the mail app on my cell. I talked with artt yesterday and they said it was something Apple would be able to fix! Please help.

If your email account was set up using the steps in Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, the Mail app will need to be installed on your device for you to receive your emails.


Please use the steps in Redownload apps and games from Apple to download the Mail app to your device again.


"How to redownload apps on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap the sign-in button  or your photo at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Purchased.
  4. If you use Family Sharing, tap My Purchases or choose a family member’s name to see content that they purchased.
  5. Tap "Not on this [device]."
  6. Find the app that you want to download, then tap the download button ."


You may need to re-add your email account using the steps in the first article above.
