US user. Upgraded to iOS 16.1.1. iPhone 13 mini on Consumer Cellular. Visual Voicemail went away and have Call Voice Mail button. Done the restarts, the airplane modes, the Siri on/off, and several network resets. Have enough memory and call forwarding is off. Is this a 16.1.1 issue? Need fix.
