How can I change the setting for which Apps by age limit my child can download?

When setting up my childs Apple ID i was asked for the Apps it can download. I chose something less than 12+ . Now I want to change it to 12+ Apps. How can I do it?

If you created the child's Apple ID showing they were under 13 and they are still under 13 you will not be allowed to change a setting for them to get apps for those over 13 if they are not.
