Need to Change ID Age
I created the apple id for my 4yr old son; some app is restricted for download due to age restriction. how can i download 3rd party app with my permission?

The age of the Apple ID itself does not in any way restrict the download of apps.
If you set age restriction in Settings ➜ Screen Time ➜ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➜ Content Restrictions ➜ Apps, set it to an age that you want to allow so you can download the App.
Then set it back to the whatever more restrictive age you want.
