iPhone 14 Pro Max wifi issue

I’m using iPhone 14 pro max with latest IOS 16.1.1, but still experiencing Wifi connection issue. I’ve tried everything I can think of, such as restart my phone, router, modem, forget and rejoin wifi, update IOS…. None of it has worked so far. There is no issue at all for my old iPhone XS Max and my wife’s iPhone 11.

My internet provider is xfinity(comcast), wifi router is Orbi wifi 6 with latest firmware. While using wifi, my phone would randomly get no internet connection with wifi icon still on. I would receive “no internet connection” error message on phone. However, I was also checking on my Mac and my connection great. I also tested with my old phone and got the same result. I can tell the issue is neither on the internet career nor my router.

It should be something wrong with either hardware or software.

does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

You've done some great troubleshooting so far. Having the incorrect date and time on your iPhone could cause the issue you've mentioned, so make sure the setting is correct: Change the date and time on iPhone

1. Go to Settings  > General > Date & Time.
2. Turn on any of the following:

• Set Automatically: iPhone gets the correct time over the network and updates it for the time zone you’re in. Some networks don’t support network time, so in some countries or regions, iPhone may not be able to automatically determine the local time.

• 24-Hour Time: (not available in all countries or regions) iPhone displays the hours from 0 to 23.

If the issue persists, check temporarily removing and mobile security apps may help isolate the issue. Learn more here: Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues.
