With the latest 'upgrade' many thing got totally screwed up (shocked!)
One is my iPhone xr no longer has the options to Vibrate on Ring or
Vibrate on Silent - just gone. I tried calling Apple but they were clueless.
Any help - much appreciated

Yes - Accessibility - Vibration is ON.
Yes - Ring/Silent Mode Switches - Play Haptics in Ring Mode & Silent Mode are both ON.
I have toggled off/on several times & rebooted - so far no change. It's definitely a mystery.

I am having the same trouble and have turned phone off and on several different times. Have made sure all updates are complete. Hope this can get fixed. Everyone says Apple is great.... NOT for me!
Under Accessibility in settings check to see if vibration is on under Touch. Also under Sounds & Haptics see if you have Play Haptics in Silent Mode on. Not sure if that will help but it may.
