vibrate on silent option missing

My phone is usually set not to vibrate on silent. Tonight I got a message and it vibrated - I then noticed the toggle switches for vibrate on ring and vibrate on silent have completely disappeared from Settings > Sounds and Haptics. Have they disappeared for everyone?

hi , in my sound and haptics there is no vibrate when silent option Hi , I need to put my phone on ‘vibrate when on silent mode’ but when I click on sounds and haptics it’s not there I’ve also tried searching for the option does anyone know why it’s not there / how I can do it ?

They are still in Settings > Sounds & Haptics but the location and name have changed. Scroll down and look for "Play Haptics in Silent Mode."
