Netflix,hulu,prime video,viki rakuten not playing on my iPhone 13 Pro Max

Netflix, Amazon Prime Video,viki rakuten, hulu not playing on my iPhone 13 Pro max Ios 16.1.1 and tgis has been a problem for a couple of weeks now even with 16 or 16.0.1

In addition to updating iOS, you'll want to complete the steps listed below. These steps are specific to resolving application related issues. You can also find these steps outlined in the following article. The article title doesn't reference the issue you're facing, but the steps are still relevant.


  1. "Force the app to close."
  2. "Restart your iPhone."
  3. "To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available."
  4. "Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed."
