Apple Music keeps telling me to transfer to my Apple ID?
I got my phone NEW a year ago and started using Apple Music this past spring. Ever since then I have gotten this pop up telling me to transfer my device to my Apple ID; however, my device is already under my Apple ID, and I’ve never used a different ID with it. When I hit transfer, nothing happens. Some of my music doesn’t play at all and all of my music cannot be downloaded. I’ve called Apple support and they don’t know how to help. Any advice?
