I’ve already paid for my Apple music for some reason it is not downloading my own Music keeps on deleting for some reason I have to go through this process every couple months

I’ve had my Apple ID music for a while my husband passed away. I’m trying to transfer it to my phone it’s been working for a while . then, all of a sudden it deletes?
