eharmony subscription

Hi,

I recently realised that my card has been charged for about $219 for eharmony app. It was mentioned that subscription is monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Instead of a month of subscription it charged me for a year, which is not my preference. I contacted eharmony and they referred me to you.

Would please let me know how can I get refunded? I am not happy with this subscription and service.
