Picsart subscription fraud

I had taken a free trial for 3days on picsart subscription for yearly basis . The same day of the purchase of free trial the full amount is debited from my account. Even though i had cancelled the subscription within a span of few minutes of subscription the amount still hasn’t got refunded. Will i able to get refund for the same
