Shipping “arriving soon”

I had an order that was supposed to be delivered Nov 23 although today the same date I received an email stating my delivery may be late and now instead of an expected delivery date the order says “arriving soon” and if I click the tracking link there’s no delivery date there. If anyone has experienced this about how long did it take for your order to arrive after receiving the late email?
