Received an email about an unexpected delay in my order but in the Order Details page the Shipping Days don't have any delay

I have made an order for pickup and the pickup date was the 11th of April (I have a contact that was going to make the pickup that stays in the U.S. until the 12th). Unfortunately, today's morning I received an email from Apple, saying that the order had an unexpected delay and was going to be ready the 17-19th of April. Weird thing is that in the Order Details page the shipping date seems to be correct and without any delay (it is currently shipping to the store), so I don't know if my contact is going to make it to the accorded pickup date.

Which date is the correct one? The Order Details or the one I received in the email?

Additionally, I would like to know if I would be refunded if no one pickups the product (as currently I cannot cancel the order as it is shipping to the store).

Thanks in advance!
