Suddenly, my Mac locked me out, i tried all of my passwords and nothing worked. Then i went into the page in which i can repair the hard drive; however, i do not know my hard drive password and i can’t do anything further without it.

Encryption is the Culprit:
The hard drive is encrypted. So, you will not get into it without the password. So you're out of luck if your cannot recall the password. Take this as a learning experience, knowing always keep a backup log of your passwords. That way, you can have something g to refer to when you forget the password.
