Is it normal that my Airpods in the widget always show that they are connected and always in the widget they are charging? If not, how to solve this problem?

If so, we do want to let you know that this would be expected behavior.

You don't understand correctly. I attached a screenshot of the widget, from which you can see that my AirPods are constantly connected to my iPhone, that it is constantly spent charging AirPods, even when I do not use it. Also, if you see the widgets in the case, my headphones are constantly charging. I believe that because of this they will then discharge quickly, and the battery life will increase.
