reset ipad and now the app store is missing

so i recently eset my ipad. wiped everything first, logged out of all accounts, etc, etc. when it rebooted, everything was as good as can be expected, the app store was there, i downloaded a couple of apps and then today i noticed that the app store is completely gone from my ipad. no trace of it anywhere. i dont know if its commonplace, but on my ipad when i delete an app it has a tendency to stay in my list of installed apps only with a strange spider web type icon. i never deleted the app store (i dont even know if you can) but it seems to have just vanished. i did log out of my apple account on my ipad though. does logging out remove the app store?? is does show up in settings though oddly enough. -thanks

i have an ipad 8 wifi/cellular 10.2" running 16.1.1 ( the list of devices to choose from regarding the topic of my post didnt have my ipad model listed for some reason. i have an 8 not a pro 12.9")
