Hello guys.
I have a problem with my iPhone 13 Pro since IOS 16 update.
For some apps, like Whatsapp and Telegram for instance, when I try to listen a voice message near the ears, it doesn't work and on the screen appears the silent mode image pop up.
Clearly, all is correctly updated and no problem there is with hardware.
Can you please help me?

First of all, the silent mode is not a matter since the problem is the same for both silent and not silent mode.
I tried to contact Whatsapp (also if the issue is not only with this app) and they told me that the app itself does not affect sound and it reflects the Iphone settings.
I don’ t really know what to do.
I would to avoid the settings reset.

We'd like to help with some suggestions to lead you on a resolution path. With this happening with third-party apps, this may require additional attention from the developer. You mention a Silent Mode pop-up, so we would suggest turning off Silent Mode to see if this remains as some apps do require this for audio.
