Hi Guys,
My girlfriend has iPhone 12 running on IOS16.1.1 but since yesterday when she calls me on FaceTime I can’t see her but in her phone see can see herself and me both.
apart from this, when she starts sharing her screen I can see her video. But as soon as she stops sharing screen I can’t see her.
We tried restarting iPhone and checking for permissions but no luck.
it would be great if someone can suggest something.

Are you using an iPhone, iPad, or Mac when receiving FaceTime calls?
Do you have any other FaceTime video issues with other contacts?
Does your girlfriend have any FaceTime video issues with other contacts?
Which OS version is installed on your device?
Are you both connected to a Wi-Fi network or using cellular data?
If either of you use another video app, do you notice similar issues?
