Why does my macbook air say Remote Management enables the admin of Warby Parker to set up email, etc?

I just took my 13" early 2015 Macbook Air to the Apple Store yesterday to have the software reinstalled as my Macbook was not reading the Macintosh HD. All went perfectly until I got home to finish setting it up. Then, as I entered my password for my wifi, I got this window that popped up saying, "Remote Management enables the admin of Warby Parker to set up email," etc? I restarted my laptop to see if that would fix it but it's still there. What does this mean?

It means that Warby Parker has control of that computer. Return it to the Apple store.
