Remote management
I bought a new MacBook Pro 13 m2, and when I started to set up it is showing Remote Management, and I should enter credentials to authenticate the device. How can I bypass this “Remote management” step?

Did you purchase this laptop through a school or an employer? If so, it may have shipped from Apple associated with the school or employers management system (MDM). Just the other day another user discovered this is what happened to their brand new "personal" laptop purchased through their employer.
Did you purchase the laptop directly from Apple?
If you purchased the laptop from an Apple authorized reseller, then take the laptop back and have them exchange it for you since they may have sold you a used or pre-owned laptop. If so, I would report them to Apple so it is on record that they made a mistake so if others report the same issue from that retailer, then Apple will be able to take action against them.
If you purchased the Mac from anyone else, then who knows whether you purchased a brand new computer. Only purchase products from well known and respected vendors with good reputations.
Edit: If you did purchase the laptop through your employer or school, then they can remove the management from the laptop for you.

Hello edik198,
The initial concern here is that your Mac is not new but previously owned. Remote Management is used by companies to help oversee and manage their computers as well as access them remotely, as outlined at Apple Remote Desktop User Guide for Mac - Apple Support. In order to disable it, you'd need the password. You can also try following the steps at Enable remote management for Remote Desktop - Apple Support
Enable or disable remote management using System Preferences
1. On the client computer, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Sharing.
2. If you see a lock icon, click it and enter the name and password of a user with administrator privileges on the computer.
3. Select or deselect the Remote Management checkbox.
Disable remote management using the command line
You need administrator privileges on the client computer to complete this task.
* In Remote Desktop, enter the following command to disable remote management and deny previously available logins:
sudo /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/kickstart -deactivate
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities
