Normal calls don’t work but WhatsApp call do work

I bought a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro and got it in today, everything about it is great but there’s one big problem: When I make a call I can’t hear the other person on the other end, they can hear me however.

Ive cleaned the simcard and port, I’ve tried every trick I could find online; resetting settings, Bluetooth, hidden general settings. Nothing works, it’s very frustrating and I can’t find a solution online.

I hope someone here can help, if you need more info. Please let me know and I’ll provide as much as I can.

These indeed don’t help with my current issue, thank you for your time though. I’ve already looked through a bunch of peoples discussions, but there is no solution that has worked for me. I’ll be contacting my network-supplier to see if they know the problem. Thanks again for your time.
