How to diable Exchange Password Required notification

I use Office 365 Exchange account with MacBooks apple mail client. Every time I open my laptop opens pop up notification "Exchange Password Required", which I have to manually close. Mail works ok, so the popup is useless, false. Maybe it pops up too fast, before the connection is established.

This isn't a "Mail" notification--there's no app associated with this, so there's no obvious way to disable it in the notification settings.

How to get rid of this nonsense popup that I must manually close every time I open my MacBooks lid?

Have you investigated System Preferences > Notifications and determined if you can control that notification pop-up behavior from there? Once you start using Apple Mail as a front-end for another mail solution, Apple Mail may not offer the controls to suppress that pop-up, and you may have to live with it, or choose to use MS Outlook with the Exchange server.
