Greetings maggiecain,
Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities.
We understand the time is delayed by an hour as shown in the screenshots, so let's see if installing the latest watchOS update will clear this up. Keep in mind that your paired iPhone will need to install the latest iOS version as well to support the watchOS update. For assistance with updating your Apple Watch, check out the steps below. You can also locate additional information for updating here: Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Update directly on your Apple Watch
If your Apple Watch has watchOS 6 or later, you can install updates without your iPhone:
1. Make sure that your watch is connected to Wi-Fi.
2. On your watch, open the Settings app.
3. Tap General > Software Update.
4. Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
Leave your Apple Watch on its charger while the update completes, and don't restart your Apple Watch. When the update completes, your Apple Watch restarts on its own.
For assistance with updating your iPhone, take a look at the following resource and be sure to back up your devices before installing the updates: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Let us know if this clears up what you're seeing.
Have a great day!
