I just updated my MBP M1 Pro to Ventura an now whenever I plug in my external 4k monitor, the APPLE display glitches. It's not all the time but it's quite frequent. It's goes black and then flickers back and forth and then comes up. This was not an issue for the last year prior to the upgrade. USB-C to Displayport on my 4k monitor.

I have a similar issue with my ultra wide monitor. The same usb c cable works for other laptops (Non MacOS 13) at the same resolution. This was working fine before I upgraded to MacOS 13.
The display is unusable I've added a picture below.
Same issue with an Intel MacBook Pro 2018. Just made a full Internet Recovery to 13.1 but without any improvement. The Monitor Samsung C49RG90SSR is on its latest firmware and worked properly till updating to Ventura.
