Throughout the day, I get a warning that I must accept iCloud's new "Terms and Conditions". Throughout the day, I keep, accepting them, and . . . . northing. PLEASE fix this.

I get the run around here too, once I sign in it tells me to accept the terms and conditions, I click the box, then it takes me back to this page. Ug
For me, the problem was a valid iCloud email, and an old, non-working iCloud email. Maybe that's the problem you're having.

iCloud Terms and conditions keep popping up for me to accept them.
