my phone’s apple music can’t connect to sync library. I left it loading for more than 5 hours and nothing changed.
How do I fix this?

You Need to Force Restart:
Force Restart your iPhone, and then open the Music app once you are back on the home page. See if it continues from there. Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
