how do you fix this issue?? i have never been able to listen to my voicemails because of this.
Voicemail is a carrier service. If it isn’t working you need to contact your carrier’s tech support to get it fixed.

Since Voicemail is a specific cellular carrier service/feature, I'd suggest that you contact your carrier and ask them.

when i click on the voicemail icon, it shows nothing but call your voicemail, and when i click on that it shows the time limit icon with an ok bottom at the bottom with nothing else
