Managed Apple Business ID and a personal Apple ID

Hello,

I understand that this is not a good practice but I am trying to understand if there's a way to install custom apps privately distributed through App Store Connect on to my employees' personal devices (with their explicit permission) without going through the hassle of logging in and out of the provided organisation managed Apple ID.

Any advice and guidance for any alternative approach is much appreciated. Thank you.
