Activation Lock with deleted Apple ID

I have an old iphone 5s. it was reset but has an activation lock on it. the problem is the apple ID originally used has been changed. Is there any way to remove the activation lock?

well I have an old iPhone 6 and it needs and activation lock while I do not remember the Apple ID or the password please help I want to remove the activation lock so I can put another Apple ID I have, but the point is I don't remember the current Apple ID on this device. If the activation lock is removed I can put the new Apple ID, so please helppppppppppppppp

If you just changed the Apple ID, try logging into it.

If you actually deleted it, click here and submit an unlock request.
