Iphone 13 pro max doesnt connect to windows computer or itunes

Itunes on my Windows computer (latest version) does not recognize my Iphone pro max.

tried all the solutions you gave others (like update and reboot) but nothing works.

iPhone SE not recognized in iTunes Why does iTunes not recognize my iPhone SE on my PC? It does recognize my iPad so the connections and the USB cord are working. I used to have an iPhone 6 and it connected no problem. But since I’ve had the SE it won’t connect. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
