New asrock amd5 build pc up to date win 10 pro and itunes, problem is itunes recognizes ipad pro it does not recognize iphone 14 pro I have checked all of the solutions online any suggestions is there a setting I do to make this work

I got this suggestion off the site I tried it several times it did not work. My ipad pro worked though the first and everytime. the iphone 14 pro - no not on my new amd5 motherboard
