photo folders

When I try to upload a photo to an online site (say Ebay) from Photos I now only see individual photos to choose from and my Ebay Photos Folder is not displayed, only all my individual photos. This has only just started happening. I could always choose a Folder to get a photo from to upload until now. I just installed the latest Ventura 13 OS if that has anything to do with it. Can anybody help?
