Apple Music won’t work on WiFi only.

I’m traveling internationally so to save data and money (my cellular provider has an expensive international plan) I turn off cellular data and connect to WiFi only.

Apple Music used to work just fine on WiFi only, but after IOS 16.1 Apple Music has refused to let me search, browse, and download music unless my cellular data is turned on. I get an error every time that says “Turn airplane mode off or connect to WiFi” even though my phone is connected to WiFi and I have internet access for everything else, except Apple Music!

Please help!
