I can't connect my bluetooth headphones

I recently bought some BlackShark Joybuds Pro headphones, the headphones connect well on my cell phone (samsung), I also tried on a windows machine, but on my Macbook Pro M2 they are not even listed in the bluetooth devices, other devices appear but less the headphones, I don't know what to do, any ideas?
