I can't connect my bluetooth headphones

I recently bought some BlackShark Joybuds Pro headphones, the headphones connect well on my cell phone (samsung), I also tried on a windows machine, but on my Macbook Pro M2 they are not even listed in the bluetooth devices, other devices appear but less the headphones, I don't know what to do, any ideas?

MBA Bluetooth has worked with other Bluetooth devices. It appear that it's only these Headphones that doesn't appear and can't connect. suggestions? Thanks.

can sony xm5 headphones connect to mackbook pro via bluetooth? if so, it's not working for me. trying to connect my headphones to my computer via bluetooth and it's not working. my computer is running on ventura 13.0. the headphones do connect with the cable that came with them, but it doesn't seem to connect via bluetooth. for measure, my headphones also connect with my iphone and ipad, just not my macbook.

that is just the basic guide if the device appears in the list, but it does not appear
