Apple Watch series 4 flat after 1 minute

My Apple Watch series 4 said it was 100% charged when I took it off the charger then about 1 minute later said it was 10% and turned off. I put it back on the charger and 2 hours later it’s showed 100% again but it only lasted a minute. I charged it a third time and it lasted about 20 minutes. Any ideas??
