Has anyone experienced the disappearance of a copy dialog box after upgrading to Ventura? I'm running a 2021 M1 14-inch MacBook Pro (M1 Pro chip) that's pretty vanilla. I tend to copy large files back and forth to a 4TB drive attached to an old MacMini.
Since upgrading, my copy status only appears if I copy three or four things at a time, which I don't usually do.
Anyone else see similar behavior?

In Monterey, I always got a progress bar. With Ventura, a 100GB file that took nearly an hour across a Wi-Fi connection (I was too lazy to connect via my wired connection) and nada. nothing. No indication at all of a copy in progress. Same thing yesterday with three 30 gb files.
Wonder if it has to do with the MacMini being a High Sierra machine?
It should only appear if it is taking a while to finish.
With an SSD, Copy on Write, and hard links, it will take very little time to copy anything, now.
