Screen Time

We have family sharing set up between the four of us. All Apple ID's are setup as adult accounts. Since the introduction of iOs 16 I have lost all my screen time usage. Instead I have a message 'As this device is used, screen time will be reported here.'. The devices are all being used so it is not as if I need to wait for someone to use their device. I have turned screen time off and on again. I have rebooted. I have been through every setting on the screen time preferences. I have checked family sharing preferences. I have checked within a laptop and ipad and iphone, both at app level and web level. I just can't seem to get any screen time data to display. I can't even see my own usage. Also the list of devices is different on each device. Some have all 5 devices, others have 3 devices. Another has 1.
