why is com.apple.control showing in screen time?

I see com.apple.control showing a large duration of screen time usage, but when I click on screen time it’s nowhere to be found? I don’t have family sharing set up on my iCloud, it’s just me.

Screen Time We have family sharing set up between the four of us. All Apple ID's are setup as adult accounts. Since the introduction of iOs 16 I have lost all my screen time usage. Instead I have a message 'As this device is used, screen time will be reported here.'. The devices are all being used so it is not as if I need to wait for someone to use their device. I have turned screen time off and on again. I have rebooted. I have been through every setting on the screen time preferences. I have checked family sharing preferences. I have checked within a laptop and ipad and iphone, both at app level and web level. I just can't seem to get any screen time data to display. I can't even see my own usage. Also the list of devices is different on each device. Some have all 5 devices, others have 3 devices. Another has 1.

On lockdown mode getting popup: Your Screen Time details won't be shared with other people because Lockdown Mode is enabled. I keep getting this while on lockdown I’ve turned off device sharing on screen time but it hasn’t helped why is it doing this? And how to stop it. Apple family member (child) screen time not showing for all devices My child has an iPhone, iPad and Mac. Only screen time on the Mac OS showing in screen time under settings>family>member>screen time>device name on the top left of screen. The screen time shown is also only for the mentioned device. Please explain how to view screen time per device.
