Double Charges on Apple Bill

Hi! This isn't the first time this happened, but I'm starting to become increasingly frustrated with Apple Pay right now. I'm writing to see if anyone else has experienced this issue.

So, the first time this happened, was when I made a purchase on an app installed on my phone, through apple pay. Now, I received the bill, an email, and my bank app SMS that the payment went through. And then, time skip a day or two, and I was charged again, but I made no new purchase. Luckily, after reporting this to https://reportaproblem.apple.com I managed to get a refund.

After that, it never happened again when I used Apple pay (Wallet) to make purchases through my phone in stores or through apps. So, I didn't think much of it now and thought maybe it was an error on my part, but I was wrong.

I am currently very upset, and I hope I can get refunded for this too because this has become just so unnecessary and annoying.

A few days ago, on the 26th of Oct, I made an in-app purchase to subscribe monthly to something - I received bank confirmation through my app saying that the amount was taken from my card. I also received an email from both my bank and apple bill stating that the purchase has been made/confirmed/successful, etc.

A few hours ago, apple billed me AGAIN for the same subscription which I did not make because I already have one - and that renews on the 26th of Nov - yet today, a payment went through for the 29th of Oct - 29th of Nov.

I received another bank statement/message stating that money has been taken out, an email from both again, etc, yet I did not make this payment. They double-charged me again. I am currently typing this on my laptop, but right now, I'm looking at the app store on my phone, and there are two copies of the same subscription that I made. I can't tell if this is a glitch - because usually once I've made a subscription I can only upgrade my plan or cancel, yet there are 2 copies of the exact same app and subscription plan.

I cannot fathom, for the life of me, why this happens, but I'm honestly so angry and disappointed with apple. No one else is registered on my card or apple account. I am the sole user. I reported this issue on "report a problem" and I just hope they give me back my money because I'm starting to think Apple bill is no longer reliable to use. I'm honestly hesitant and worried to even think about using my Wallet or Apple Pay again because I no longer trust the system.

My iPhone is the only apple product I have because I switched from Samsung (which was a big mistake on my part because Samsung pay has never given me issues) - and before anyone can come at me for this comment, please understand, I am a young adult who just started in my 20's, my father worked hard and surprised me with an iPhone for my birthday because he thought it was what I would've wanted, and I know apple products are usually insanely expensive, so I'm genuinely grateful for it.

I'm only on apple because my father paid a lot of money for a new phone, plus the charger and cable since apple make more money that way by never including everything, and also for an earphone jack because my phone doesn't have one, so again, apple is just unnecessarily expensive. He looked very happy to give it to me, I didn't have the heart to say anything. I'm just grateful to my father, and the amount of money he didn't have to spend on me.

I like the phone, it's cool and all, and I've gotten accustomed to using it. I'm happy my father gifted it to me too, but apple bill/pay is my biggest and only concern. Has anyone had a similar issue? Is this glitch a normal thing with apple? Do you think it's possible to get a refund for this unauthorized purchase?
