Why am I being routinely charged by Apple for applications I do not have, furthermore, are not on my subscription rendering me helpless to cancel them or receive a refund?

How do I cancel ongoing and regular fees and charges to my bank account for apps I DO NOT HAVE every time money is deposited into my account? Apples refund/complaints system only seems to permit their customers and users of their devices the ability to make complaint or seek refunds for those apps solely within their own subscription, however, there is no such ability to lodge complaint against apple charging for services, namely apps, that I do not have. For several months now, the moment I am paid, or have money received into my debit account, I instantly get numerous Apple tax invoices advising of charges to my bank account for apps I do not have. When taking the steps as suggested by Apple, to seek reimbursement or make complaint, Apples system states that no such subscription exists with that particular Order ID, and, or, Document Number. This includes every time I open the invoice itself and tap "Report a Problem"; upon which I enter my passcode only to then be advised that "the account does not have any purchases". So, how does one go about ceasing the unauthorised removal of funds from their account for apps they do not have, secondly, how does one seek reimbursement for all funds removed over a several month period, lastly, how does one make formal complaint directly to Apple without the need to seek embarking on a treacherous endeavour which includes personally travelling to the closest Apple Store with loud speaker in hand, seeking to bring about as much noise and attention as humanly possible until a fair and just resolution is met? Thank you in advance for any advice you may provide this frustrated soon to be ex-Apple customer, it's much appreciated. Thank you...👍

Muguy,

Re: Unknown app transactions and resolutions.

Thanks so much for the advice, it's much appreciated. While I've tried countless occasions to seek a resolution via "Apple Support", it hasn't allowed me to access a means to cancel unknown/unauthorised app transactions as it only seems to permit the user to cancel apps within his or her own specific subscription. With continuing emails received; ie. tax invoices now in the hundreds of dollars, any attempt to progress to a resolution isn't able to progress via generic means as suggested by Apple; despite invoices appearing legitimate, each containing a unique Order ID/Doc No., the moment you proceed to "report a problem" within the invoice, you are sent to a link as is normal, however acknowledging these "unknown" apps via this method are met with advice stating that no such subscription exists. With that said, I will attempt to search the support service further with a view to locate a means to rectify this issue. Again, I sincerely thank you for your help, it's much appreciated..👍
