Bluetooth Mouse Going to Sleep

I have a Bluetooth mouse connected to my MacBook Air and when I am in my virtual meetings and not using the mouse, the mouse disconnects from Bluetooth. How do I stop this from happening? I need the mouse to be available all of the time.

Sonoma Bluetooth Mouse Lag issue on M2 15" MacBook Air Ever since upgrading to Sonoma, I've found my 15" MB Air is having serious lag issues with my bluetooth mouse. I have 4 different set-ups, all which have a bluetooth mouse at their desk. Regardless of which BT mouse I'm using, I am having serious lag issues with BT mice. It's become a serious issues as I do a lot of precision clicks for my work, and it's become so serious that I not have to exclusively resort to using the built-in trackpad. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have a solution?

Dell bluetooth mouse not connecting I have used my dell bluetooth mouse for weeks no issue but now when I had to reconnect it to my macbook air it will see it on the bluetooth and allow me to click connect but then the loading wheel just continues non stop and it won't connect/work.. any ideas? ( I have replaced the battery in the mouse and turned the laptop off and on)
