macOS Ventura set the default currency

I upgraded to ventura and found that the default currency cannot be set individually, only the currency of the default country.

Removing foreign currencies from Apple Calculator Calc calculator shows US dollars and also Australian dollars or whatever dollars you choose. How do you get the foreign dollars off of the calculator I see many people have asked this question however there seems to be no answer. Please help. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
