FaceTime forcing cellular data while on wifi

My iPhone 14 pro max switches to 5G cellular data every time I make a FaceTime call on wifi. FaceTime calls work perfectly on my MacBook Pro and iPad, which don't have cellular connectivity, so the issue seems to be isolated to the phone itself. Also, wifi assist is turned off.

The issue starts about 10-15 seconds into a call, the wifi icon changes to 5G and call quality drops. Turning wifi off and on again only fixes the issue for another 10-15 seconds. After ending the call, the wifi signal immediately comes back. Interestingly, going directly into wifi settings shows that I'm still connected to wifi during the call, but the phone is forcing the use of my cellular network.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm on iOS 16.1
