Change language of or disable text recognition for "Scribble"?

I have German set as prefered language on my ipad as that is my native language. Anyhow, when I am working I mostly use English and now have the problem that when handwriting text via "Scribble" the iPad changes 90% of the English words I am writing into similar German words. "Sphere" gets turned into "Sphäre" and so on.... How do I disable that? So far the only solution I found is changing the entire iPad language to English but there must be another way? Disabling text recognition for "Scribble" or change the language setting just for that? Can anybody help?
