GarageBand/Logic Pro Hang during scanning of Audio Units

After I updated to macOS Ventura, Garageband and Logic Pro suddenly began hanging during the scanning of AUs. I researched and tried all the methods and it still won't work. I looked into the console app to see what it hangs in and it seems to hang on process trustd and something about port 51 is missing meaning something with a connection issue which shouldn't be a problem since they don't require Internet Connection. I also tried moving my AUs to a different folder to see if one of the AUs was causing the issue but it still hangs, I even reinstalled the Logic Pro App because I thought it was maybe corrupted. That didn't work either. I think something is glitched in macOS Ventura, and I don't want to erase everything just to downgrade back to Monterey because I have lots of important files. I don't know what to do.

Tried Everything. Moved My AUs and Logic Pro Still froze. Deleted the cache and it still froze, Deleted the App and it still froze. Im still not understanding why it won't open. Although one thing I did find was that it would try to load an AU that I no longer had installed. all the other ones worked but that one halted and there was a message that the avutool said that plugin was missing. I clicked ok and then it asked me if I wanted to continue to plugin manager. aaaannnnd that's where it would freeze. if I would restart my app again it would freeze again and we are back to square one. only way I was able to load Logic Pro was after I disabled the Core Audio Driver. but no audio would work unfortunately
