How do i downgrade back to 12.6 (Monterey)
What is the best way to do it, (Safest, Quick;Easy, And practical)

There’s no downgrade. Wipe and restore the pre-upgrade backup. If there’s no pre-upgrade backup, you’re headed for all sorts of fun figuring out which files and documents can be reverted, and which cannot as they were modified in Ventura.
