Are you referring to the macOS 13.0 Ventura ?

The iOS is for iDevices like ex. iPhone the current iOS including bug fixes and security updates is iOS 16.1

I would only advise falling back if you have adequate backups to restore your user data.

I have had zero issue with Ventura, in comparison—however it does not sound like you want to really resolve your issues with the upgrade...

It would be the same as here for your macOS—

revert and Restore Shipping Software:

Restore Shipping Software

How to reinstall macOS

Recovery (both M1 and Intel) — How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support

see if there is anything useful or more friendly here—Erase all content and settings on Mac

Recovery (both M1 and Intel) — How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support

I only get the option to reinstall ventura not monterey dont know why

and if i try this option)

revert and Restore Shipping Software:

Restore Shipping Software

my question its I just did a timemachine back up lest say i erase everything on my mac to restore from shipping, can I use the time machine to get single files kind like a extended hard drive ? instead of restoring everything because I would end up instaling ventura again by accident .
