I don’t know why but my iPad isn’t getting the iOS 16 update when all of my family and sibling have/ has it. It’s stuck in 15.7 and when I try to go to the update tab it says "iPad software is up to date". The iPad I use is an iPad Gen 7

I was wondering why I didn’t get it because my brother and friends have it on their iPads, but they did say something about the iOS 16 beta thing, thanks for helping me out!
